12 DAYS AND STILL NO E-MAIL RESOLUTION!

I am so out of patience! Fairpoint keeps telling me to be patient, well I don't have any more! It has been 12 days and my e-mail account is still not working. My new E-mail is christalstudio6@gmail.com please e-mail me there.
