New site isn't working correctly

Sorry there are a few complications with the new site. I can't get my e-mails to figure out how to fix the problems. So as soon as I can get e-mails again the site will be unfinished. SORRY!

Fairpoint fiasco and my E-mail!

My e-mail account from verizon has been changed to fairpoint. I was told through e-mail it would be a smooth transition, I have not been able to access my e-mail account for over 48 hours. We all know what that means. I will have over 200 e-mails by the time they fix it. I have been on the phone trying to get through to the help line for over 2 hours with no success. So I called the fairpoint communications operator and asked for her help, NO HELP THERE! I was then guided to the live chat option. I talked with natalie first for about 20 minutes. She told me she fixed the problem and I could log in 30 minutes from then. It is 5 hours later still no help.
I just got off LIVE CHAT again with terra, She can't help me either. FAIRPOINT isn't making any brownie points with me. I am so frustrated at this point I think I may go through my cable company for all my needs. So if any of you have e-mailed me from Saturday after 5 p.m. I can't retrieve your messages. SORRY! I wish I could fix this now. This is so annoying. I feel like I a cut off from the world.
Tomorrow is a new day and hopefully a new e-mail account with fairpoint. I hope no one else is going through this, I would say e-mail me to let me know but HA HA that won't work. You could leave a comment though, so I don't feel like the only one having this problem.
